As an experienced coach, Michael adopts a unique approach: coach the person, not the position. To maximise your teams potential, focus on maximising your own first. With a rich background encompassing over 20 years of co-founding and growing a
business, Michael brings a blend of academic training and real-world experience to the table.
Holding a Masters Degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California, he initially trained as a therapist and later transitioned into professional coaching. Certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation, Michael also served as a coach trainer, preparing others for the coaching journey.
Beyond coaching, Michael is a 5th-degree Black belt and Krav Maga instructor, co-founding the globally recognized Krav Maga Worldwide (KMW) company. This entrepreneurial venture, thriving for over two decades, includes two corporate-owned
training facilities in Los Angeles and boasts over 150 licensed training facilities worldwide. Michaels unique background extends to training police and military units globally, offering him unparalleled insights, particularly in coaching fellow entrepreneurs.
